Shipping Address
We’ll ONLY ship the item to your Alipay Confirmed Address, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before you buy item.

Delivery Time
We try our best to ship out same day for payment cleared before 5.00 PM (Pacific Time) , otherwise we will ship on ne xt working days.
Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or nex t working day.
We use USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Big order will be shipped via Priority mail (with tracking) automatically without any extra shipping cost.

Replacement/Exchange
We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days when customer receive merchandise.
Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
We will process RMA within 7-14 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.
Unwanted product returns will be subject to a 15cm restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
